Another slashdot comment related post–I’m sorry.
Some well-thought out, worldly individual thought it would be a good idea to challenge aspiring Presidential politicians on their beliefs on how we came to be. Clearly this is a fantastic idea that serves a great purpose and this individual should be rewarded for his or her contribution to society. I can’t see anything wrong with this plan.
Regardless, that’s not what this post is about. This post is about a comment that was posted. It is funny (how could someone post a serious comment to such a funny post, anyway?), but I particularly enjoyed it because I love both recursion and God.
In response to someone posting “who created the creator, and created that creator, and created that creator, etc.” someone posted the comment:
So then, while God may be recursive, he doesn’t have any end condition.
