I recently posted about a wild zucchini plant that was found on a walk to the Real Canadian Superstore. Well today we finally harvested one of those wild vegetables and I enjoyed it on my sandwich. Fresh 100% whole wheat thick-slice bread, sliced chicken breast, mayonaise, mustard, Havarti cheese, and freshly picked zucchini made up my sandwiches. I didn’t take any photos of these two masterpieces going in but I do have one more shot at getting their picture!
Sandwiches are delicious…
