I would have endorsed McCain prior to his enthusiasm about Bush over the course of the Iraq war. His abandonment of principle in the name of partisan rhetoric was disappointing. Of the Republicans who are left, there aren't any that I would feel comfortable recommending. I just hope that Huckabee doesn't get the nod, as he is batshit insane and monstrously dangerous. Given that these people elected George W Bush at least once, however, I am not filled with confidence. In other news, RJA, I find it amusing that you consider your own rejection as a potential employee as a sign of an organization's quality. (Yay Superstore, et cetera.)
