I LOVE that feeling. Crisp morning air, mm! Unfortunately, it is hard to get up that early sometimes.

An actor whose name escapes me once did an interview in which the interviewer pointed out that running every day would add five years to your life.
Yes, the actor replied, but you’re spending those five years running.
I have seen 6 AM. It isn’t worth it.
I choose to respectfully disagree. The only time I want to see “before 6am” is when I haven’t gone to bed yet.
I have to agree, but only in certain instances. I love the cooler air of that time and the shadows created by the blinding sunrise on a clear day.
