I have succumb to the call of the Italian delicacy known as Nutella. Europe is crazy about the stuff. I’ve never really thought too much about it, but it was a staple at breakfast during the Alpencross and my mind now makes the positive association. Even now the thought of some Nutella spread on a fresh bun is more appealing to me than a hardy breakfast of wieĆwurst und bretzeln.
To contrast my submission, there is another popular European item that I remain defiant against: men wearing capris. It is mind boggling to see a man wearing capris and not even realize that they are look ridiculous. Their attitude is not one similar to a man wearing a pink shirt who is confident that he can pull it off; it is really an attitude that shows a complete lack of consideration for what they have done. It is akin to how I feel when you or I would be wearing trousers. I think you have to see it to fully understand.
I can’t even imagine. My mind literally refuses to imagine it.
It’s possible that this is influenced by the fact that I’m in America’s Heartland, home of Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast (yum), churches everywhere and a lack of helmet laws. Where men are men and yes, you can have gravy on that.
What the hell went wrong in Europe?
Bahaha Oh my god I love this post. It is about time you’ve succumbed to Nutella.
What’s worse than a European man in capris? A European man wearing white linen capris, a small man purse and a terrible clunky gold chain necklace.
