I have total squash arm this evening.
Yesterday I picked up a new squash racquet in anticipation of playing a game with Adam J. this morning. I went with the Flexpoint 130 from Head. I have now played only one game with it, and it seems satisfactory. I didn’t think about the racquet a whole lot while playing, and I take that to be a good sign.
Playing squash again was excellent. I hope that I can return to my once mighty squash schedule. It is an incredibly fun and challenging game. I could sense Evan’s eagerness to get on the court soon and I am excited about that.
Because I haven’t played in well over a year, my squash-arm is particularly noticeable to me now. I could even feel the added challenge in lifting my glass of water at the Works at lunch time. Now, in the evening, I am tired overall and my arm is fatigued.
I can see a warm blanket and a movie in my future.
