Oh, Internet. If only you could see me now.
Water circles on the knees of my jeans, damp socks, and pruning fingers; tools strewn about, nuts and bolts, and spare parts surround me. I am fixing a toilet.
I have rebuilt one toilet since I moved in and am working on the second. In [...]

The motorcycle mods are all done. Mods…I should say mod (singular).

This item was at the top of my Christmas list because the one I wanted was too much for me to spend on a thermostat. I specifically wanted a 7-day programmable thermostat, to accommodate the evenings [...]

Yesterday I changed my tires over to my winter tires. I had fun doing this.
Today the remastered edition of Pretty Hate Machine was released. It is nice that this classic got some attention.
Tomorrow I am driving to Toronto. I am returning to Ottawa tomorrow as well. This should be interesting.

I have winterized my motorcycle. This involved fuel stabilizer, an oil change, a chain cleaning and lubrication, turning the fuel off, removing the battery, cleaning, over-inflating the tyres, and tucking the bike away. And since I have this venue I will say my bit about each part of this process.
I started with fuel [...]
